  • 1 pound Sausage cooked and crumbled
  • 6 cups Bread Cubes day-old
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 6 large Eggs beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked sausage, bread cubes, and shredded cheese.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the sausage mixture and stir to combine.
  5. Transfer to a greased baking dish and bake for 60 minutes, or until set and golden brown.
  6. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
