- 1 sheet Puff pastry thawed if frozen
- 500 g Sausage meat
- 1 Egg beaten, for egg wash
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
In a mixing bowl, combine the sausage meat, salt, and pepper.
Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface.
Place the sausage meat mixture in a line down the center of the pastry.
Fold the pastry over the sausage meat and press the edges to seal.
Cut the roll into smaller pieces and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
