Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 sheet Puff pastry thawed if frozen
  • 500 g Sausage meat
  • 1 Egg beaten, for egg wash
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the sausage meat, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface.
  4. Place the sausage meat mixture in a line down the center of the pastry.
  5. Fold the pastry over the sausage meat and press the edges to seal.
  6. Cut the roll into smaller pieces and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  7. Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
  8. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
