  • 1 package Puff pastry thawed
  • 1 pound Sausage cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard optional

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Spread the mustard (if using) over the pastry.
  4. Sprinkle the cooked sausage and shredded cheese evenly over the pastry.
  5. Roll up the pastry tightly into a log.
  6. Slice the log into ½-inch thick pinwheels.
  7. Place the pinwheels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.
