Main Ingredients
- 1 package Puff pastry thawed
- 1 pound Sausage cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 tablespoon Mustard optional
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
Spread the mustard (if using) over the pastry.
Sprinkle the cooked sausage and shredded cheese evenly over the pastry.
Roll up the pastry tightly into a log.
Slice the log into ½-inch thick pinwheels.
Place the pinwheels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
Let cool slightly before serving.
