- 1 lb Ground sausage
- ¼ cup All-purpose flour
- 2 cups Milk
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned.
2. Sprinkle the flour over the sausage and stir to combine. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
3. Gradually whisk in the milk, stirring constantly until the gravy thickens.
4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot over biscuits.
