  • 1 cup Diced Apples
  • 1 cup Diced Carrots
  • ½ cup Chopped Green Onions
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Caraway Seeds
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine sauerkraut, diced apples, diced carrots, and chopped green onions.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and caraway seeds.
  3. Pour the dressing over the sauerkraut mixture and toss to combine.
