- 2 cups Sauerkraut
- 1 cup Diced Apples
- 1 cup Diced Carrots
- ½ cup Chopped Green Onions
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Caraway Seeds
- to taste Salt and Pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine sauerkraut, diced apples, diced carrots, and chopped green onions.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and caraway seeds.
Pour the dressing over the sauerkraut mixture and toss to combine.
