Ingredients

  • 1 cup sauerkraut drained and chopped
  • 1 cup ham finely chopped
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 tablespoon onion finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 units eggs beaten
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine sauerkraut, ham, cream cheese, onion, and mustard.
  2. Shape mixture into small balls.
  3. Roll each ball in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with bread crumbs.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry balls until golden brown.
  5. Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
