Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 cup Onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Coriander
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 package Samosa wrappers
- 1 cup Vegetable oil, for frying
1. In a frying pan, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pan and cook until softened.
3. Stir in the cumin, coriander, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
4. Remove the mixture from heat and let it cool slightly.
5. Take a samosa wrapper and place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center. Fold and seal the edges with a bit of water.
6. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Fry the sambusas until golden brown and crispy.
7. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
