Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 10 pieces Red chilies stemmed and chopped
  • 4 cloves Garlic peeled
  • 1 piece Shallot peeled and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Tamarind paste
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil

Instructions 

  1. Blend the chilies, garlic, shallot, tamarind paste, salt, and sugar until smooth.
  2. Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
  3. Add the blended mixture to the saucepan and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Let the sauce cool before serving.
