Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes Russet or Yukon Gold
  • ½ cup white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Using a mandoline slicer, thinly slice the potatoes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the potato slices and vinegar. Let sit for 5 minutes.
  4. Drain the potatoes and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  5. Toss the potato slices with olive oil and sea salt.
  6. Spread the potato slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Turn the slices halfway through baking.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
