  • 500 g pork shoulder, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • ½ cup shredded cheese
  • ¼ cup sour cream

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Season pork with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and oregano.
  3. Cook pork in the pan until browned and cooked through, about 10 minutes.
  4. Warm tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
  5. Assemble wraps by placing pork, lettuce, tomato, cheese, and sour cream on each tortilla.
  6. Roll up the tortillas and serve.
