Salsa de Tomatillo Recipe

- 1 lb Tomatillos husked and rinsed
- 1 Jalapeño seeded and chopped
- ½ cup Cilantro chopped
- 1 Garlic clove minced
- ¼ cup Onion chopped
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Lime juice freshly squeezed
1. Place tomatillos in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 5 minutes.
2. Drain and transfer tomatillos to a blender.
3. Add jalapeño, cilantro, garlic, onion, salt, and lime juice to the blender.
4. Blend until smooth. Adjust seasoning with more salt or lime juice if needed.
5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later use.
