  • 4 pieces Dried chilies (e.g., pasilla, guajillo)
  • 1 cup Beer
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 medium Tomato chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Toast the dried chilies in a skillet over medium heat until fragrant.
  2. 2. Remove the chilies from the skillet and let them cool. Remove stems and seeds.
  3. 3. In a blender, combine the toasted chilies, beer, garlic, tomato, and salt. Blend until smooth.
  4. 4. Pour the salsa into a bowl and let it sit for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
