Main Ingredients
- 300 g Fresh Salmon diced
- 1 tablespoon Capers chopped
- 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Chives chopped
- to taste Salt and Pepper
1. Dice the fresh salmon into small cubes.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced salmon, chopped capers, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, olive oil, and chopped chives.
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
4. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for up to 1 hour before serving.
