Salmon Salad Recipe
A refreshing and healthy salmon salad.

Main Ingredients
- 2 fillets Salmon skinless
- 1 cup Mixed Greens
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
- ½ cup Cucumber sliced
- ¼ cup Red Onion thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
1. Preheat grill pan over medium heat.
2. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
3. Grill salmon for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
4. In a mixing bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
5. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil and lemon juice.
6. Drizzle dressing over salad and toss to combine.
7. Flake grilled salmon and add to the salad. Serve immediately.
