Salmon Crostini Recipe
Simple and delicious salmon crostini, perfect for appetizers or a light meal.

Main Ingredients
- 1 baguette French baguette sliced into ½ inch pieces
- 200 g Smoked salmon thinly sliced
- 1 cup Cream cheese softened
- 1 tablespoon Dill chopped
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 pinch Salt to taste
- 1 pinch Black pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Place baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, dill, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
Spread the cream cheese mixture onto each toasted baguette slice.
Top each slice with a piece of smoked salmon.
Garnish with additional dill if desired. Serve immediately.
