  • 1 cup Cooked salmon, flaked
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • ¼ cup Chopped fresh parsley
  • ¼ cup Chopped green onions
  • 1 cup Chopped pecans

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and flaked salmon.
  2. Add lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder. Mix well.
  3. Stir in chopped parsley and green onions.
  4. Shape the mixture into a ball and roll in chopped pecans to coat.
  5. Wrap the cheese ball in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
