Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh salmon, diced skinless, boneless
  • ½ cup lime juice freshly squeezed
  • ¼ cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 unit jalapeño, seeded and minced
  • ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 unit avocado, diced
  • 1 unit cucumber, diced
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced salmon and lime juice. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes to 'cook' the salmon.
  2. 2. Add the red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, avocado, and cucumber to the bowl. Mix gently to combine.
  3. 3. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for up to 1 hour before serving.
