Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Pork
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper crushed
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Curing Salt
1. Preheat your oven to 200°F (95°C).
2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and curing salt.
3. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.
4. Shape the mixture into a log and wrap it tightly in aluminum foil.
5. Place the wrapped log on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes.
6. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before unwrapping and slicing.
