Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 whole Rotisserie Chicken shredded
  • 8 cups Chicken Broth
  • 2 cups Carrots sliced
  • 2 cups Celery sliced
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 cups Egg Noodles
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, sauté the onions, carrots, and celery until softened.
  2. 2. Add the garlic and cook for another minute.
  3. 3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  4. 4. Add the egg noodles and cook until tender.
  5. 5. Stir in the shredded rotisserie chicken, salt, pepper, and thyme. Simmer for 5-10 minutes.
  6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
