- 3 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Warm water
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 tablespoon Fresh rosemary, chopped
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
Add the warm water and olive oil, and mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Punch down the dough, shape it into a loaf, and place it on a baking sheet.
Sprinkle the chopped rosemary on top of the loaf.
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
