Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Roasted red peppers
  • 1 cup Tomatoes, chopped
  • ½ cup Almonds, toasted
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
  • ½ cup Olive oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place tomatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
  3. In a blender, combine roasted tomatoes, roasted red peppers, almonds, garlic, and red wine vinegar.
  4. Blend until smooth, then gradually add olive oil while blending.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
