  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning
  • 12 pieces Corn Tortillas
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese
  • 1 cup Vegetable Oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. 2. Add taco seasoning to the beef and cook according to the packet instructions.
  3. 3. Warm tortillas in the microwave for 30 seconds to make them pliable.
  4. 4. Place a spoonful of beef mixture and some cheese on each tortilla. Roll tightly.
  5. 5. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry rolled tacos until golden brown.
  6. 6. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
