Instructions
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, butter, shallots, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Place the oysters on a baking sheet. Spoon the spinach mixture over each oyster.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until the topping is golden and bubbly.
