  • 12 fresh oysters
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoon shallots, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, butter, shallots, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the oysters on a baking sheet. Spoon the spinach mixture over each oyster.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until the topping is golden and bubbly.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
