  • 1 cup Bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 cup Zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup Red onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder

Instructions
