Main Ingredients
- 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
- 1 jar Roasted Red Peppers drained
- 2 tablespoon Tahini
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
1. In a food processor, combine chickpeas, roasted red peppers, tahini, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and ground cumin.
2. Blend until smooth, adding water if needed to reach desired consistency.
3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
4. Serve with pita bread, veggies, or as a spread.
