- 1 rack Lamb about 8 ribs
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Rosemary chopped
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
2. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
3. Rub the mixture all over the lamb rack.
4. Place the lamb in a roasting pan, fat side up.
5. Roast in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) for medium-rare.
6. Remove from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
