  • 1 rack Lamb about 8 ribs
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Rosemary chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. 2. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3. Rub the mixture all over the lamb rack.
  4. 4. Place the lamb in a roasting pan, fat side up.
  5. 5. Roast in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) for medium-rare.
  6. 6. Remove from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
