Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 heads Garlic whole, unpeeled
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt or to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the tops off the garlic heads to expose the cloves. Drizzle with olive oil and wrap in foil.
  3. Roast the garlic for 30-40 minutes until soft and golden brown. Let cool.
  4. Squeeze the roasted garlic cloves out of their skins into a blender.
  5. Add sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the blender. Blend until smooth.
  6. Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
