Roasted Garlic Dip Recipe

- 2 heads Garlic whole, unpeeled
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- ¼ teaspoon Salt or to taste
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Cut the tops off the garlic heads to expose the cloves. Drizzle with olive oil and wrap in foil.
Roast the garlic for 30-40 minutes until soft and golden brown. Let cool.
Squeeze the roasted garlic cloves out of their skins into a blender.
Add sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the blender. Blend until smooth.
Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
