  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss the edamame with olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Spread the edamame on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  5. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
