- 1 can chickpeas drained and rinsed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, toss the chickpeas with olive oil, salt, paprika, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
Spread the chickpeas in a single layer on the baking sheet.
Roast in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
