- 1 head Cabbage medium-sized
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Cut the cabbage into 1-inch thick slices.
Place the cabbage slices on a baking sheet.
Drizzle olive oil over the cabbage slices.
Sprinkle salt and black pepper on top.
Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the edges are crispy and the center is tender.
