Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Rice preferably cooled
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • ½ cup Grated Cheese cheddar or your choice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper or to taste
  • 2 tablespoon Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked rice, breadcrumbs, beaten eggs, grated cheese, salt, and black pepper.
  2. 2. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  3. 3. Form the mixture into small patties.
  4. 4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. 5. Fry the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. 6. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
