- 4 cups rhubarb, chopped
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine rhubarb, sugar, and flour. Spread evenly in a baking dish.
In another bowl, mix oats, brown sugar, melted butter, and cinnamon. Sprinkle over rhubarb mixture.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the rhubarb is tender.
Let cool slightly before serving.
