Reuben Sandwich Recipe
A classic Reuben Sandwich with corned beef, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and Russian dressing on rye bread.

Main Ingredients
- 4 slices Rye bread
- 6 oz Corned beef thinly sliced
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 cup Sauerkraut drained
- 4 tablespoon Russian dressing
- 2 tablespoon Butter softened
Butter one side of each slice of rye bread.
Spread Russian dressing on the unbuttered side of each slice.
Layer corned beef, Swiss cheese, and sauerkraut on two slices of bread, dressing side up.
Top with the remaining bread slices, buttered side out.
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Grill the sandwiches until golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
