  • 1 cup sauerkraut drained
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese shredded
  • 1 cup corned beef chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Thousand Island dressing

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, corned beef, and Thousand Island dressing.
  3. Transfer mixture to a baking dish.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
  5. Serve hot with rye bread or crackers.
