Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 bag Tortilla chips
  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • ½ cup Sour cream
  • ¼ cup Green onions, chopped
  • 1 unit Jalapeño, sliced optional

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a baking sheet.
  3. Top the chips with shredded chicken, black beans, and shredded cheese.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Remove from the oven and top with salsa, sour cream, green onions, and jalapeño slices.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
