Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cucumber, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup Lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 4 cups Cold water
- ½ cup Sugar Adjust to taste
- 1 cup Ice cubes
1. Blend the cucumber until smooth.
2. Strain the cucumber juice into a pitcher.
3. Add lemon juice, cold water, and sugar to the pitcher. Stir well.
4. Add ice cubes and serve chilled.
