Ingredients

  • 4 cups Sliced cucumbers
  • 2 cups White vinegar
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Red food coloring
  • 1 tablespoon Cinnamon sticks

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, combine vinegar, sugar, and red food coloring. Bring to a boil.
  2. 2. Add sliced cucumbers and cinnamon sticks to the pot. Stir well.
  3. 3. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Pack the hot pickles into sterilized canning jars and seal.
  5. 5. Let cool and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
