- ½ head Red Cabbage shredded
- 1 unit Carrot grated
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded red cabbage and grated carrot.
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the dressing over the cabbage and carrot mixture. Toss to coat evenly.
