  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 package Pie crust store-bought or homemade

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine raspberries, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
  3. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
  4. Cover with the top crust, seal edges, and cut small slits in the top to allow steam to escape.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
  6. Let cool before serving.
