- 2 cups Raspberries
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 pc Jalapeno finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 pc Pectin
1. In a saucepan, combine raspberries, sugar, and chopped jalapeno.
2. Cook over medium heat until the mixture starts to boil.
3. Add lemon juice and pectin, stirring constantly.
4. Boil for another minute, then remove from heat.
5. Pour the jelly into jars and seal with lids.
