Raspberry Chipotle Sauce Recipe
A sweet and spicy sauce perfect for grilling or as a condiment.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Raspberries fresh or frozen
- 2 tablespoon Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce chopped
- ½ cup Brown sugar
- ¼ cup Apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat.
Bring to a simmer and cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Blend until smooth using a blender.
Strain through a fine mesh sieve if desired for a smoother sauce.
