Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Raspberries fresh or frozen
  • 2 tablespoon Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce chopped
  • ½ cup Brown sugar
  • ¼ cup Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Bring to a simmer and cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  4. Blend until smooth using a blender.
  5. Strain through a fine mesh sieve if desired for a smoother sauce.
