Ingredients

  • 2 packs Ramen noodles
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
  • 2 Eggs, soft-boiled
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 2 Green onions, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a pot, bring chicken broth to a simmer. Add soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Add cooked noodles to the broth. Stir to combine.
  4. 4. Divide the noodles and broth into bowls. Top with soft-boiled eggs, spinach, and green onions.
