Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 2 packs Ramen noodles
  • 1 cup Sliced mushrooms
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 2 cups Baby spinach
  • 2 pieces Boiled eggs, halved
  • 2 stalks Green onions, sliced

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
  2. 2. Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
  3. 3. In the same pot, add the mushrooms, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Stir in the baby spinach until wilted.
  5. 5. Serve the soup in bowls, topped with boiled egg halves and green onions.
