Main Ingredients
- 1 unit Pie Crust
- 4 unit Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Cheese grated
- 1 cup Spinach chopped
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
Add the grated cheese, chopped spinach, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown on top.
Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
