Quiche Florentine
A classic French quiche with spinach and cheese.

Main Ingredients
- 1 unit Pie Crust pre-made or homemade
- 1 cup Spinach fresh, chopped
- 1 cup Cheese grated, Gruyere or Swiss
- 4 unit Eggs large
- 1 cup Milk whole or half-and-half
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
- ¼ teaspoon Nutmeg optional
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place the pie crust in a pie dish and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
Spread the chopped spinach and grated cheese evenly over the pie crust.
Pour the egg mixture over the spinach and cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown.
Let the quiche cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
