Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 cup Chopped Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 can Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies 10 oz can
- 1 lb Velveeta Cheese, cubed
- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
- to taste Salt and Pepper
1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is translucent.
3. Stir in the diced tomatoes with green chilies, chili powder, and ground cumin. Cook for another 5 minutes.
4. Add the cubed Velveeta cheese to the skillet. Stir until the cheese is completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
