  • 2 cups Shredded Cheese
  • 1 cup Cooked Chicken (optional) diced
  • 1 tablespoon Butter

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the skillet over medium heat and add a bit of butter.
  2. 2. Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle with cheese and chicken.
  3. 3. Top with another tortilla and cook until golden brown, then flip.
  4. 4. Cook the other side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  5. 5. Remove from skillet, cut into wedges, and serve.
