  • 1 can Pumpkin puree 15 oz
  • 1 can Sweetened condensed milk 14 oz
  • 2 Eggs large
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground ginger
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground nutmeg
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Pie crust unbaked 9-inch

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt. Mix until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie crust.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for an additional 45 minutes, or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
  5. Cool on a wire rack before serving.
