Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Pumpkin puree
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 Egg
- ½ cup Milk
- ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon Nutmeg
- ¼ cup Vegetable oil for frying
In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, egg, milk, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix until smooth.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Spoon the batter into the pan, forming small fritters. Cook until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels. Serve warm.
