Ingredients

  • 1 cup Pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • ½ cup Milk
  • ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon Nutmeg
  • ¼ cup Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, egg, milk, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix until smooth.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  3. Spoon the batter into the pan, forming small fritters. Cook until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  4. Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels. Serve warm.
