Ingredients 

Pulled Pork Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Pork Shoulder
  • 1 cup BBQ Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Slider Assembly

  • 8 Slider Buns
  • 1 cup Coleslaw

Instructions 

  1. 1. Place the pork shoulder in the slow cooker.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine BBQ sauce, brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Pour the mixture over the pork shoulder.
  4. 4. Cook on low for 8 hours.
  5. 5. Shred the pork using two forks.
  6. 6. Assemble the sliders by placing shredded pork and coleslaw on the slider buns.
